摘 要:煤堆放在露天储存场,因其自身内部结构以及与空气中的氧气发生氧化反应最终导致自燃,拟采用一种阻封材料来治理煤堆自燃。通过对湖南长安电力益阳电厂煤堆进行实地对比试验,观察新型阻封材料对煤堆的温度变化影响。结果表明,阻封材料具有良好的封堵性能,可明显降低煤堆温度,保持了煤堆边坡的完整性,从而验证了阻封材料防治煤堆自燃的有效性。In response to the problem of internal structure and oxidation reaction with oxygen in the air during open-air storage of coal piles,which ultimately leads to spontaneous combustion,a sealing material is used to control the spontaneous combustion of coal piles.By conducting on-site comparative tests on the coal pile of Yiyang Power Plant in Chang’an of Hunan,the effect of new sealing materials on the temperature changes of the coal pile was studied.The experimental results show that the sealing material has good sealing performance,significantly reducing the temperature of the coal pile and maintaining the integrity of the coal pile slope.The effectiveness of sealing materials in preventing spontaneous combustion of coal piles has been verified.
