摘 要:针对矿用长距离皮带机存在运输距离长,运量大,在满载时易造成皮带过度磨损,在空载以及少载时,易造成耗能严重的问题,为有效解决上述问题,基于线摩擦皮带机的主要运行工况,结合该种皮带机的主要布置方式,探讨在凹弧段与凸弧段皮带机的主要运行特征,研究带边增压方式,设计摩擦驱动增压装置,并对增压效果进行仿真模拟。结果表明,应用该摩擦驱动增压装置后,皮带机可基于皮带运行载荷情况,对承载带与传动带之间形成的摩擦力进行自动调整,很好地解决了长距离大运量皮带机现存的驱动力不足的问题,且有助于延长皮带机运行寿命,促进运输系统节能增效。Mine long-distance belt conveyor has characteristics of long transportation distance and large quantity of transport,easily resulting in the over friction of belt with full load and serious energy consumption without load.In order to effectively solve these issues,based on the main operational conditions of line friction-driven belt conveyor,and considering the main layout of the belt conveyor,the main operational characteristics of the belt conveyor in the concave ad convex arc sections is discussed,the belt-side pressure-enhancing mode is studied,a friction-driven pressure-enhancing equipment is designed,and its pressure-enhancing effect is simulated.The results show that after application of the pressure-enhancing equipment,the friction formed between bearing belt and transmission belt can be automatically adjusted according to the operational load,thus solving the existing inadequate power of long-distance belt conveyor,extending the life of belt conveyor and promoting the energy-saving and efficiency-boosting of the transportation system.
