摘  要:为了进一步提升煤矿运输系统的智能化程度,运用AI智能识别技术开发输送机安全控制应用系统。基于系统各架构组成及实现功能,通过煤流负荷识别监测系统智能化判断运输机负荷情况,并对异物进行识别,可快速对不同煤流场景的煤流异物、煤流负荷和刮板机断链问题进行智能识别检测,并提出相应的安全管控措施,实现综采工作面煤炭运输过程中的煤流智能检测、智能预警、自动控制。现场应用结果表明,输送机安全控制应用系统运行稳定,能够实现对运输系统各煤流场景的智能识别检测,保障运输生产环节安全运行。In order to further improve the intelligent degree of coal mine transportation system,a conveyor safety control application system is developed using AI intelligent identification technology.Based on the structure composition and implementation functions of the system,the coal flow load identification and monitoring system can intelligently judge the load of the transport machine and identify foreign bodies,which can quickly identify and detect foreign bodies,coal flow load and scraper chain break in different coal flow scenarios.Corresponding safety control measures are proposed,and the intelligent detection,intelligent warning and automatic control of coal flow during coal transportation in fully mechanized mining face are realized.The field application results show that the conveyor safety control application system runs stably,can realize the intelligent identification and detection of each coal flow scene in the transportation system,and ensure the safe operation of the transportation production link.
