摘 要:试验旨在研究不同投苗密度对池塘养殖澳洲淡水龙虾生长性能和经济效益的影响。虾苗按照3500、5000尾/667 m^(2)的投苗密度分别放入虾池中,每个密度设两个重复,共4个池塘。其中,1号、2号池塘虾苗投苗密度为3500尾/667 m^(2),3号、4号池塘放养密度为5000尾/667 m^(2)。试验期120 d。结果显示,1号、2号池塘商品虾的体重增重率、体重特定生长率、体长增长率和体长特定生长率均显著高于3号、4号池塘(P<0.05)。1号和2号池塘养殖利润分别为5112.00、5332.50元/667 m^(2),高于3号和4号池塘(5087.50、4502.50元/667 m^(2))。研究表明,两种投苗密度养殖的商品虾的生长性能存在显著差异,投苗密度为3500尾/667 m^(2)的池塘获得了更好的生长性能和经济效益。The experiment aimed to study the impact of different seeding densities on the growth performance and economic benefits of pond-cultured Cherax quadricarinatus.Cherax quadricarinatus were stocked in the ponds at densities of 3500 and 5000 per 667 m^(2),with two replicates for each density,totaling four ponds.Specifically,pond 1 and pond 2 were stocked with a density of 3500 crayfishs/667 m²,while pond 3 and pond 4 were stocked at a density of 5000 crayfish/667 m^(2).The trial period lasted for 120 days.The results showed that the weight gain rate,specific growth rate in weight,length increase rate,and specific growth rate in length of the marketable Cherax quadricarinatus in pond 1 and pond 2 were significantly higher than those in pond 3 and pond 4(P<0.05).The net profit from farming in pond 1 and pond 2 was 5112.00 and 5332.50 yuan/667 m^(2),respectively,which was higher than that in pond 3 and pond 4(5087.50 and 4502.50 yuan/667 m^(2)).The study indicates that there is a significant difference in the growth performance of the marketable Cherax quadricarinatus farmed at the two seeding densities,and the pond with a seeding density of 3500 crayfish/667 m²achieved better growth performance and economic benefits.
