摘　　要：文章综述了3种主要的餐桌剩余食物饲料化技术,包括昆虫饲养转化法、生物转化法和灭菌干燥法,详细介绍了各种技术原理和工艺流程,探讨了餐桌剩余食物在生猪养殖、水产和家禽养殖方面的应用进展及存在的问题,指出限制餐桌剩余食物饲料化技术产业化应用的问题是技术不够成熟、品质不够稳定和政策标准缺失等,建议通过加大技术研发和建立行业标准等措施推动产业化应用进展。This article reviews the three main technologies for the feedization of table scraps,including insect breeding conversion,biological transformation,and sterilization drying methods.It details the principles and processes of each technology,discusses the application progress of table scraps in pig farming,aquaculture,and poultry farming,and the existing problems.It points out that the issues limiting the industrial application of table scraps feedization technology are immature technology,unstable quality,and the lack of policy standards.Suggestions are made to promote the industrial application progress through increased technology research and development and the establishment of industry standards.
