摘 要:羊是重要的经济动物,加快羊育种进程、促进羊产业的快速发展对整个畜牧业的发展至关重要。相比传统育种方法,DNA分子标记技术具有标记数量多、多态性高、遗传稳定等优势,其应用范围越来越广泛。文章介绍了DNA分子标记技术的发展情况,并概述其在羊生长性能、产肉性能和繁殖性能等方面选育中的应用,以期为我国羊育种改良研究及DNA分子标记技术在羊育种方面的应用提供一定参考。Sheep are important economic animals,and accelerating the breeding process and promoting the rapid development of the sheep industry are crucial for the future of the entire livestock sector.Compared to traditional breeding methods,DNA molecular marker technology has the advantages of a large number of markers,high polymorphism,and genetic stability,and its application range is becoming increasingly broad.This article introduces the development of DNA molecular marker technology and outlines its role in aspects such as sheep growth traits,meat quality traits,and reproductive traits,hoping to provide some references for the research on sheep breeding improvement in China and the application of DNA molecular marker technology in sheep breeding.
