摘　　要：完整、准确、全面把握和贯彻新时代党的治疆方略需要进一步讲好新疆故事,需要进一步认识和把握民族团结在新疆的重要意义。文章通过理论梳理认为民族团结的研究已经走过了民族与民族之间关系和民族与国家之间关系的建构过程,应秉持“人类命运共同体”理念,从“民族-世界”的关系出发通过研究赋予民族团结以新内涵,进而丰富“民族团结进步”主题新闻宣传的层次;强调人类社会之间的共同体意识,兼容并蓄、交流互鉴,同舟共济、共克时艰成为基本内涵;可以从三个视角的“中国”加以理解和阐释。以此为理论视角,通过对主流媒体“民族团结进步”报道的分析,从“讲什么故事”“为谁讲故事”以及“怎样讲故事”,提出新时代讲好新疆民族团结故事的优化策略。To fully,accurately,and comprehensively grasp and implement the Party's strategy for governing Xinjiang in the new era,it is necessary to further tell the story of Xinjiang well,and further understand and grasp the significance of ethnic unity in Xinjiang.Through theoretical analysis,we believe that the study of ethnic unity has gone through a process of constructing the relationships between ethnic groups and between the nation and the state,and should uphold the concept of"A Global Community of Shared Future".Starting from the relationship between"the nation and the world",this paper gives new connotation to ethnic unity through research,and then enriches the level of news publicity on the theme of"Ethnic Unity and Progress",and emphasize the sense of community among human societies,inclusiveness,exchanges and mutual learning,helping each other in times of difficulty have become the basic connotation;It can be understood and explained from three perspectives of telling China's stories well.Based on this theory,through the analysis of the reports on"Ethnic Unity and Progress"by the mainstream media in Xinjiang,this paper proposes optimization strategies for telling Xinjiang's stories of ethnic unity in the new era in different dimensions from"what stories to tell","for whom to tell stories"and"how to tell stories"respectively.
