摘 要:[目的]为提高青贮效率,调制优质、高产、安全的青贮饲料提供理论依据与实践参考。[方法]通过查阅相关文献,对青贮过程中生物添加剂的种类及应用效果进行综述,总结青贮添加剂对提高青贮饲料品质和家畜健康的影响,展望青贮生物添加剂今后的发展方向。[结果]青贮添加剂可以促进乳酸菌等有益微生物的增殖,延长青贮饲料保存时间,提高青贮的效率及家畜的采食量,缓解国内春冬季饲料缺乏问题。[结论]合理利用青贮生物添加剂可以提高青贮饲料的品质,促进家畜健康生长,对于提升畜牧业的生产效率和经济效益有着重要作用。[Objectives]The theoretical basis and practical reference were provided to improve the efficiency of silage and prepare silage feed with high-quality,high-yield,and safety.[Methods]The types and application effects of biological additives in the process of silage were summarized by reviewing the literature related.The effects of silage additives on improving the quality of silage feed and the health of livestock were analyzed.The direction of developing biological additives in silage was prospected.[Results]Biological additives in silage can promote the proliferation of beneficial microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria,prolong the storage time of silage feed,improve the efficiency of silage and the intake of livestock,and alleviate the shortage of feed in spring and winter in China.[Conclusions]Reasonable utilization of biological additives in silage can improve the quality of silage feed,promote the healthy growth of livestock,and play an important role in enhancing the production efficiency and economic benefits of animal husbandry.
