摘 要:[目的]在澳洲银鲈鱼养殖日益集约化的背景下,实施藻菌共生技术,探索其对澳洲银鲈饲养环境及生产性能的影响。[方法]选取800条15日龄澳洲银鲈鱼,随机分为4组,分别进行不同的饲养处理:对照组不添加藻类或细菌,试验组1添加小球藻(3 mL/L),试验组2添加枯草芽孢杆菌(2 mL/L),试验组3则同时添加小球藻(按3 mL/L)和枯草芽孢杆菌(按2 mL/L),实现藻菌共生,试验期共90 d。分别测定各试验组的水质指标和澳洲银鲈的生长指标。[结果]相较于其他组别,混合添加小球藻和枯草芽孢杆菌的试验组3水体中NH_(4)^(+)-N和NO_(2)^(-)-N含量显著降低,同时,该组澳洲银鲈鱼的生长速度明显加快,料重比大幅降低,由对照组的1.04降至0.73。试验各组的死淘率均为0,水温、溶氧、pH值变化无显著差异。[结论]藻菌共生技术在改善养殖水质、提升澳洲银鲈生长性能方面具有显著效果,对于提升养殖效益具有积极意义。[Objectives]The effects of the symbiosis of algae and bacteria on the aquaculture environment and production performance of Australian silver bass were studied in the background of increasingly intensive aquaculture of Australian silver bass.[Methods]800 Australian silver bass at 15 days of age were randomly divided into 4 groups for different feeding treatments.The control group did not add algae or bacteria,while the experimental group 1 added Chlorella vulgaris(3 mL/L),the experimental group 2 added Bacillus subtilis(2 mL/L),and the experimental group 3 added both Chlorella vulgaris(3 mL/L)and Bacillus subtilis(2 mL/L)to achieve the symbiosis of algae and bacteria.The experimental period lasted for a total of 90 days.The water quality index of each experimental group and the growth indexes of Australian silver bass were determined separately.[Results]The content of NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N in the water body of the experimental group 3 was significantly reduced compared with other groups.The growth rate of Australian silver bass in the experimental group 3 was significantly accelerated,and the ratio of feed to weight was greatly reduced from 1.04 in the control group to 0.73.The mortality rate of each experimental group was 0,and there was no significant difference in changes in the water temperature,dissolved oxygen,and pH value.[Conclusions]The symbiosis of algae and bacteria has significant effects on improving the water quality of aquaculture and enhancing the growth performance of Australian silver bass,which has positive significance for improving the efficiency of aquaculture.
