国医大师许润三用抵当汤加减治疗瘀血型痛经之经验

摘　　要：国医大师许润三从医70余年,传承仲景学术思想,善用经方治疗各种妇科经带胎产杂等疾病,疗效显著。抵当汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,临床被用来治疗诸多血证,在妇科应用也较为广泛,但因抵当汤过于峻猛,被视为是一首破气血、伤正气的“虎狼之方”,故不敢应用,加之抵当汤中的水蛭是有毒之品,妇科应用更是审慎。国医大师许润三秉承仲景的辨证论治精神,将抵挡汤加减广泛用于治疗各种瘀血重症所致的痛经,疗效颇佳。National TCM master Xu Runsan has been practicing medicine for more than 70 years,inheriting Zhang Zhongjing's academic thought,and making good use of classic formulae to treat various gynecological diseases,such as menstrual bleeding,pregnancy,and childbirth,with remarkable efficacy.Resistance decoction comes from Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber.It is used to treat many blood diseases clinically and is widely used in gynecology.However,due to the excessively strong action of the formula,it is regarded in medical field as a“tiger and wolf formula”that can breaks qi and blood so easily that harms the healthy qi,and therefore,many medical practitioners are afraid of using it.In addition,because leeches in resistance decoction are toxic,gynecological applications are very cautious of using it.National TCM master Xu Runsan adheres to the spirit of Zhang Zhongjing's diagnosis and treatment,uses modified resistance decoction widely in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by various kinds of blood stasis and serious illnesses,with good therapeutic effect.
