摘 要:以安徽省淮河特大桥为依托,对宽幅波形钢腹板组合箱梁异步悬臂施工工艺流程进行分析。通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方式,对挂篮合理结构形式及受力性能等进行研究。研发分别满足分块吊装和整体吊装要求的Ⅰ,Ⅱ型异步挂篮结构,对其结构参数、优缺点等进行分析。研究结果表明,宽幅波形钢腹板组合箱梁结构适合采用异步施工方法进行悬臂施工;对于工期不受限和受限的情况,可分别优先考虑采用Ⅰ,Ⅱ型挂篮结构进行施工;淮河特大桥采用的Ⅰ型挂篮结构刚度和强度满足施工要求,组合箱梁悬臂端部波形钢腹板及顶板、底板受力状态良好。Based on the Huaihe Bridge in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the asynchronous cantilever construction process of wide corrugated steel web composite box girder.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the reasonable structural form and mechanical performance of the hanging baskets are studied.The type I and type II asynchronous hanging basket structures that meet the requirements of block hoisting and integral hoisting are developed,and their structural parameters,advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The research results show that the wide corrugated steel web composite box girder structure is suitable for cantilever construction by asynchronous construction method.For the case where the construction period is not limited and limited,type I and type II hanging basket structures can be preferentially considered for construction.The stiffness and strength of the type I hanging basket structure adopted by the Huaihe Bridge meet the construction requirements,and the corrugated steel webs,top and bottom plates at the cantilever end of the composite box girder are in good stress state.
