国土空间规划视角下的城市交通发展专项规划编制策略

摘　　要：本文从国土空间规划的视角出发,探讨城市交通发展专项规划的编制策略,阐述城市交通与国土空间规划的关系及地位和作用。同时,本文提出城市交通发展专项规划编制的四种策略:基于城市发展需求的交通规划定位、优化城市交通空间结构、构建高效便捷的交通网络、提升交通运输管理水平。并以某城市交通发展专项规划编制案例策略实施效果评估,验证了所提出策略的可行性和有效性。From the perspective of territorial and spatial planning,this paper discusses the compilation strategy of the special planning of urban transportation development,and expounds the relationship,status and functions of urban transportation and territorial and spatial planning.At the same time,this paper puts forward four strategies for the special planning of urban transportation development:positioning of transportation planning based on the urban development needs,optimizing spatial structure of urban transportation,building efficient and convenient transportation network,and improving the level of transportation management.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategies are verified by introducing the special planning casestudy of an urban transportation development and evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy implementation.
