青年公寓集中开放式公共空间优化设计策略研究——以广东省深圳市YOU+西丽大学城公寓为例

摘　　要：当前,青年群体的住房压力日益增长,青年公寓在解决城市住房问题方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文以广东省深圳市YOU+西丽大学城公寓为例,采用问卷调查和IPA评价法针对其集中开放式公共空间的物理环境、功能、社交、情感、服务5个层面构建了评价指标体系,找出公共空间设计的优缺点,分析公共空间与住户实际使用需求之间的矛盾,提出优化青年公寓公共空间的设计策略。At present,the housing pressure of youth groups is growing,and youth apartments are playing an increasingly important role in solving urban housing problems.Taking the apartment building of YOU+Xili University Town in Shenzhen as an example,the evaluation index system is constructed by using questionnaire survey and IPA evaluation method,aiming at five dimensions:physical environment,function,social interaction,emotion and service,so as to find out both advantages and disadvantages of public space design,analyze the contradictions between public space and the actual needs of residents,and put forward the design strategy of optimizing the public space of youth apartments.
