城建档案信息化建设实践——以河南省郑州市城建档案馆为例

摘　　要：城建档案的信息化建设是城建档案管理工作的重要内容,在“放管服”改革、工程建设项目审批制度全流程、全覆盖改革的新形势下,对建设工程档案专项验收提出了新的要求。本文从城建档案信息化建设出发,结合河南省郑州市城市建设档案馆信息化建设案例,分析信息化现状、架构设计与建设成果,为后续城建档案信息化建设提供思路和借鉴。The informatization construction of urban construction archives is an important part of urban construction archives management work.Under the new situation of"streamlining administration and delegating powers"reform,as well as the full process and coverage reform of engineering construction project approval system,new requirements have been put forward for the special acceptance of construction project archives.This article starts from the informatization construction of urban construction archives,and combines with the informatization construction case of Zhengzhou Urban Construction Archives to analyze the current situation,framework design,and construction achievements of informatization,providing ideas and references for the subsequent informatization construction of urban construction archives.
