基于绿色低碳生态理念的产业园区规划设计研究——以深能源与西门子能源合作产业园为例

摘　　要：本文以深能源与西门子能源合作产业园为例,分析在实际项目实践中产业园区绿色低碳生态理念的具体应用,从园区定位、产业选择等顶层规划,到建筑节能、绿色低碳、智慧高效的实施路线和途径,提出采用土地集约化规划、使用新型低碳材料等绿色生态设计,以提高产业园区规划的整体生态水平,助力国家“双碳”目标的实现。This paper takes the cooperation industrial park between Shenzhen Energy and Siemens energy as an example,and analyzes the specific application of the green and low-carbon ecological concept in industrial parks in the practical project practice.From top-level planning such as park positioning and industry selection,to implementation routes and approaches for building energy saving,green and low carbon,and smart efficiency,this paper puts forward the green ecological design such as land intensification planning,new low-carbon material utilization,in order to improve the overall ecological level of industrial park planning and boost the realization of national "Double Carbon" goal.
