摘　　要：本文对浙江省衢州市柯城区的农村公路网规划问题进行了深入分析,概述自然地理特征和现有路网建设情况,指出其在推动公共服务均等化和区域发展中的重要作用,探讨当前农村公路建设中存在的问题与不足。对此,提出了一系列政策性建议以优化路网布局、提升服务水平,旨在通过科学规划实现“四好农村路”国家级示范县的目标。This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the rural road network planning problems in Kecheng District of Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province,summarizes both natural geographical characteristics and existing road network construction,points out its important role in promoting the equalization of public services and regional development,and discusses the problems and deficiencies in the current rural road construction.In this regard,a series of policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the layout of the road network and improve the service level,aiming to achieve the goal of "four-good rural roads" national demonstration county through scientific planning.
