摘　　要：先天性腭裂儿童常并发难治性的分泌性中耳炎,而分泌性中耳炎作为腭裂儿童综合治疗的重要组成部分,目前仍缺乏统一的治疗标准及指南。本文对腭裂儿童并发分泌性中耳炎的发病机制、临床特征以及早期鼓膜置管治疗所涉及问题进行综述总结。Congenital cleft palate in children is usually associated with refractory otitis media with effusion.However,there is no universal guideline on treatment of otitis media with effusion as an important part of comprehensive treatment of cleft palate in children to date.In this paper,we review and summarize the pathogenesis,clinical features,and early tympanostomy tube for treatment of cleft palate in children complicated with otitis media with effusion.
