摘  要:井下采空区遗煤蓄热自燃精准防治一直是煤矿安全领域的重点问题之一。利用物理模拟实验结合数据拟合反推的手段,采用FOTRIC348红外热成像仪对封闭空间恒温热源的热量辐射路径进行研究,结果表明:热量在封闭空间内的运移主方向为先竖直后水平,且水平运移速率远低于竖直运移速率;封闭空间内热量运移距离与时间之间存在以e为底数的复合对数函数关系,该函数关系的建立可借鉴至井下采空区遗煤蓄热自燃初始阶段对高温位置进行推算的过程中,为采空区防灭火工作中采取精准防治措施提供理论参考。The precise prevention and control of thermal storage and spontaneous combustion in underground goaf has always been one of the key issues in the field of coal mine safety.This article uses physical simulation experiments combined with data fitting and inversion to study the heat recombination path of a constant temperature heat source in an enclosed space using the FOTRIC348 infrared thermal imager.The results show that the main direction of heat transfer in the enclosed space is first vertical and then horizontal,and the horizontal transfer rate is much lower than the vertical transfer rate.There is a composite logarithmic function relationship between the distance and time of heat transfer in a closed space,with e as the base number.The establishment of this function relationship can be referred to the process of calculating the high temperature position during the initial stage of thermal storage and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in underground goaf,providing theoretical reference for precise prevention and control measures in goaf fire prevention and control work.
