摘 要:轧后对H型钢进行控制冷却,既能提高强度,又可以节约能源。为了改善热轧H型钢轧后冷却温度场,采用有限元数值模拟不同控冷工艺下的热轧H型钢温度场,并通过差别冷却方式获得相对均匀的温度场。结果表明,针对性地对H型钢圆角加强冷却后,H型钢断面整体温度分布比较均匀,6 s冷却后,腹板和圆角的温差小于45℃。Controlled cooling of H-beam after rolling can not only improve strength but also save energy.In order to improve the cooling temperature field of hot-rolled H-beam after rolling,this paper uses finite element numerical simulation to study the temperature field of hot-rolled H-beam under different controlled cooling processes,and obtains a relatively uniform temperature field through differential cooling methods.The results showed that after targeted strengthening cooling of the tran sition rounded corners of H-beam,the overall temperature di stribution of the H-beam section was relatively uniform.After 6 seconds of cooling,the temperature difference between the web and transition rounded corners was less than 45℃.
