摘 要:核电焊材种类繁多,焊条、焊丝等验收要求各不相同,焊材验收由外部单位全程监管。焊材复验的焊接工艺复杂,检验要求高,极易造成检验过程不合格,影响核电建造工期。重点分析埋弧焊焊剂和焊丝(SJ14HR+H08MnHR)的进场验收事项,对取样数量与方法、外观和尺寸检验、拉伸性能、冲击性能、化学成分等进行试验研究,为压水堆核电站焊材复验提供相关经验。There are various types of nuclear power welding materials,and the acceptance requirements for welding rods,wires,etc.are different.The acceptance of welding materials is fully supervised by external units.The welding process for re inspection of welding materials is complex and requires high inspection requirements,which can easily lead to unqualified inspection processes and affect the construction period of nuclear power.Focus on analyzing the entry acceptance issues of submerged arc welding flux and welding wire(SJ14HR+H08MnHR),conduct experimental research on sampling quantity and method,appearance and size inspection,tensile performance,impact performance,chemical composition,etc.,and provide relevant experience for the re-inspection of welding materials in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
