摘  要:为进一步提升钢材的轧制效果和质量,在对热轧工艺参数对钢结构影响机理研究的基础上,通过实验研究了摩擦对钢退火结构的影响,得出了润滑轧制工艺下主要成分为γ纤维织构,无润滑轧制工艺下主要为高斯织构。通过数值模拟仿真研究了不同摩擦系数对应板材的等效塑性变形、全塑性变形的变化,研究成果可指导后续实践生产。In order to further improve the rolling effect and quality of steel,based on the study of the mechanism of the influence of hot rolling process parameters on steel structure,the influence of friction on steel cooling texture was studied through experiments.It was found that the main component under lubrication rolling process is gamma fiber texture,while under non lubrication rolling process,it is mainly Gaussian texture.The equivalent plastic deformation,full plastic deformation of plates with different friction coefficients were studied through numerical simulation.The research results can guide subsequent practical production.
