摘  要:针对转炉饱和余热蒸汽的回收利用,在现有OG系统中缺少能效评价方法的问题。提出了一种基于灰色相关度分析法对转炉饱和余热蒸汽能效分析的模型,并基于实际工作数据,于Matlab平台进行了仿真实验,根据实验结果得出了对OG系统作业区的改进建议,有利于降本增效和节能减排。In view of the recovery and utilization of saturated waste heat steam in converters,there is a lack of energy efficiency evaluation methods in the existing OG system.A model for the energy efficiency analysis of converter saturated waste heat steam based on grey correlation analysis method was proposed,and simulation experiments were carried out on the Matlab platform based on the actual working data,and suggestions for improving the operation area of the OG system were obtained according to the experimental results,which was conducive to cost reduction,efficiency increase,energy saving and emission reduction.
