摘 要:针对某公司模铸产线生产的4Cr13钢种探伤不合存在的缺陷问题,采用扫描电镜和能谱仪对钢样进行了成因分析。结果表明,探伤缺陷分为钢板头尾部的点状缺陷和中心区域的线状缺陷,点状缺陷主要以CaO与Al2O3为主的钙铝酸盐夹杂物形式存在,中心区域线状缺陷由钢锭内部缩孔或疏松造成。通过优化RH处理工艺、优化锭型使用、延长镇静时间等改进措施,4Cr13厚板探伤不合率由改进前的平均33.5%下降至改进后的4.5%,得到了显著改善。In order to solve the defect issue of 4Cr13 steel produced by mold casting process,the cause analysis was conducted by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,and improvement measures combining production process were proposed in this paper.The results showed that there are two types of defects,one is point defects at the head and tail of the steel plate,and the other is linear defects in the central area.Point defects are mostly calcium aluminate inclusions dominated by CaO and Al2O3,while linear defects in the central area are caused by internal shrinkage cavity or porosity in the ingot steel.Improvement measures were proposed to optimize the RH treatment process,optimize the use of ingot type,and extend the sedation time in response to the causes of defects.The defect rate of 4Cr13 thick plates was significantly improved,decreasing from an average of 33.5%to 4.5%.
