摘　　要：主要介绍了永通公司在高炉炉墙结厚处理方面的实践经验。针对高炉炉墙结厚问题,采取了一系列有效的处理措施:通过调整布料制度及送风参数,炉况逐步得到改善;利用休风检修机会,采取打水降料面措施,成功将黏结物处理掉。整个处理过程很好地实现了安全、快速高效的工作目标,炉况恢复正常后,主要经济指标得到明显改观,成功解决了高炉炉墙结厚问题,保证了高炉的稳定运行和生产效率的提高。此次实践经验对类似问题的解决具有一定的借鉴意义。This article mainly introduces the practical experience of Yongtong Company in the treatment of blast furnace wall thickening.A series of effective measures have been taken to address the issue of thickening of blast furnace walls:by adjusting the material distribution system and air supply parameters,the furnace condition has gradually improved.Taking advantage of the opportunity for wind break maintenance,measures were taken to reduce the material surface by pumping water,and the adhesive was successfully removed.The entire processing process achieved the goal of safety,speed,and efficiency very well.After the furnace condition returned to normal,the main economic indicators were significantly improved,and the problem of thickening of the blast furnace wall was successfully solved,ensuring the stable operation of the blast furnace and improving production efficiency.This practical experience has certain reference significance for solving similar problems.
