摘 要:为探究热轧高强钢板形质量控制方法,消除不利因素影响,优化生产水平,以X70钢管线生产为例,依据现有热轧高强板生产存在边浪问题,采取ANSYS参数语言建立三维有限元模型,分析热轧高强钢板形质量影响因素,针对性提出热轧厚度和宽度控制、轧制力波动补偿控制、轧制温度控制、辊形控制的方法,以此控制热轧高强板形。经实例验证,负荷分配功率降低3.37%,平直度提高56%,凸度命中率提高11%,取得良好效果。In order to explore the methods for controlling the shape quality of hot-rolled high-strength steel plates,eliminate adverse factors,and optimize production levels,taking the X70 steel pipe line production as an example,based on the existing edge wave problem in the production of hot-rolled high-strength steel plates,a three-dimensional finite element model was established using ANSYS parameter language to analyze the factors affecting the shape quality of hot-rolled high-strength steel plates.Targeted methods were proposed to control the thickness and width of hot-rolled steel plates,compensate for rolling force fluctuations,control rolling temperature,and control roll shape,in order to control the shape of hot-rolled high-strength steel plates.Through example verification,the load distribution power has been reduced by 3.37%,the flatness has been increased by 56%,and the convex hit rate has been increased by 11%,achieving good results.
