摘 要:为充分回收利用自然活性回转窑炉的化学物质和热能,提出尾气利用优化技术。以某企业电石生产为背景,了解石灰炉尾气利用现状,确定电石炉尾气工艺参数,研究直燃回转式气烧石灰窑工艺,将尾气作为燃料供石灰烧结使用,考虑尾气引起的环境污染问题,设计尾气净化装置。结果表明:应用该尾气利用优化技术后,尾气中热能的回收利用率高,节约工业生产的资源投入,降低生产成本,保护生态环境,取得了良好的生态环境效益和经济效益,对电石生产有指导意义。In order to fully recover and utilize the chemical substances and thermal energy of natural active rotary kilns,an optimization technology for tail gas utilization is proposed.Based on the production of calcium carbide in a certain enterprise,this study aims to understand the current utilization status of tail gas from lime furnaces,determine the process parameters of tail gas from lime furnaces,study the direct combustion rotary gas fired lime kiln process,use tail gas as fuel for lime sintering,consider the environmental pollution caused by tail gas,and design a tail gas purification device.The results show that after applying the optimization technology for tail gas utilization,the recovery and utilization rate of thermal energy in the tail gas is high,saving industrial production resources,reducing production costs,protecting the ecological environment,and achieving good ecological and economic benefits,which has guiding significance for calcium carbide production.
