摘  要:柳钢中金公司1680 m^(3)高炉设计采用多种工艺技术:矿焦槽及上料系统采用无中继站供料胶带机直接上料及焦丁回收工艺;炉顶采用PW第Ⅱ代标准型串罐无料钟炉顶及炉顶均压放散煤气回收工艺;粗煤气系统采用五通管结构;炉体采用全铸铁冷却壁薄壁结构和象脚区设置安全石墨墙、WHBJ法高炉渣处理工艺、SDM顶燃式热风炉、超洁净高炉煤气干法除尘工艺等先进工艺技术。高炉投产后主要设备运行情况良好,各项生产指标稳步提升。The design of the 1680 m^(3)blast furnace of Liugang Zhongjin Company adopts many process technology,that is coke and ore bunker and feeding systems apply the process of direct feeding and coke recovery without relay station feeding belt conveyor.The furnace top adopts the PW second-generation standard series tank bell less furnace top and the furnace top uniform pressure release gas recovery process.The crude gas system adopts a five way pipe structure.The furnace body adopts advanced technology such as a thin-walled structure with all cast iron cooling walls and a safety graphite wall in the elephant foot area,WHBJ blast furnace slag treatment process,SDM top combustion hot blast furnace,and ultra clean blast furnace gas dry dust removal process.After being put into production,the main equipment is running well,and various production indicators are steadily improving.
