漏镀缺陷对汽车板材质量影响的研究与评估

摘　　要：针对汽车板材热镀锌过程中常见的漏镀缺陷展开研究,通过对漏镀缺陷的形貌、微观结构及形成原因进行分析,发现漏镀主要由原料板皮下气泡引起。针对该问题,提出了一系列优化措施,包括原料检查、工艺优化、板材预处理、质量控制和技术培训。通过实施这些措施,可有效减少漏镀缺陷的发生,提高汽车板材的质量和生产效率,为汽车制造业的发展提供技术支持和理论指导。This study focuses on the common leakage defects in the hot-dip galvanizing process of automotive sheet metal.By analyzing the morphology,microstructure,and formation reasons of leakage defects,it is found that leakage is mainly caused by bubbles under the raw material sheet metal.A series of optimization measures have been proposed to address this issue,including raw material inspection,process optimization,plate pretreatment,quality control,and technical training.By implementing these measures,the occurrence of plating defects can be effectively reduced,the quality and production efficiency of automotive panels can be improved,and technical support and theoretical guidance can be provided for the development of the automotive manufacturing industry.
