摘　　要：制约高速线材生产稳定与产品精度最大的因素就是设备精度,而精轧机作为高速线材生产的核心设备,精轧机的稳定运行直接决定了产品的精度与产能。鉴于此,主要对高速线材精轧机常见的故障进行原因分析并提出处理措施。在实际应用中,大大降低了故障次数,节约了设备维护费用,提升了产品性能,为企业的降本增效发挥了巨大作用。The biggest factor restricting the stability of high-speed wire production and the precision of products is the precision of equipment.As the core equipment of high-speed wire production,the stable operation of precision mill directly determines the precision and production capacity of products.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of common faults of high speed wire finishing mill and puts forward treatment measures.The main faults are mill rolling box fault,growth box fault,coupling fault,lubrication fault,cooling system fault,etc.In view of the above faults,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and puts forward the implementation of treatment measures.In practical application,it greatly reduces the number of faults,saves the equipment maintenance cost,improves the product performance,and plays a huge role in reducing the cost and efficiency of the enterprise.
