摘 要:以某矿超高水材料充填开采为工程背景,分析了充填工作面煤柱稳定性条件,通过数值模拟方法研究了超高水充填条件下煤柱在不同水体积比条件下的煤柱内部应力情况、变形破坏特征及塑性区发育范围。研究结果表明:在理想条件下,为保证煤柱的稳定性,充填体对煤柱的侧向压力至少为2.5 MPa;当超高水材料水体积比低于95%时,煤柱内部应力集中较小,煤柱顶板位移较小,边缘仅出现塑性区,无破裂区,能够维持煤柱稳定性;当超高水材料水体积比超过95%时,充填体仍能较有效保护煤柱,但煤柱内部应力集聚较大,顶板位移增大,煤柱弹性核区减小,煤柱稳定性变差。Taking a certain mine ultra-high water material backfilling mining as the engineering background,the stability conditions of the coal pillar in backfilling working face was analyzed.The internal stress condition,deformation and failure characteristics,and plastic zone development range of the coal pillar under different water volume ratios under ultra-high water filling conditions were studied through numerical simulation methods.The research results indicate that under ideal conditions,to ensure the stability of the coal pillar,the lateral pressure of the filling body on the coal pillar is at least 2.5 MPa.When the water volume ratio of ultra-high water material is less than 95%,the internal stress concentration of the coal pillar is small,the displacement of the coal pillar roof is less,and only plastic zones appear at the edges,without fracture zones,which can maintain the stability of the coal pillar.When the water volume ratio of ultra-high water material exceeds 95%,the filling body can still effectively protect the coal pillar,but the internal stress concentration of the coal pillar is large,the displacement of the roof increases,the elastic core area of the coal pillar decreases,and the stability of the coal pillar deteriorates.
