摘  要:研发了钻孔轨迹随钻测量装置,开发了钻孔轨迹监测分析软件,构建了钻孔轨迹地面监测系统。钻孔轨迹地面监测系统利用随钻测量装置和计算机软件技术,实现了钻孔设计及施工参数实时测量一体化,钻孔轨迹数据自动成图和展示,钻孔覆盖区域可视化,借助煤矿井下工业环网和地面局域网搭建的信息网络平台实时上传地面工作站,有效避免了人为错误因素导致的钻孔测深不准确、钻孔施工易留空白带等问题。应用试验表明,钻孔轨迹地面监测系统运行稳定,钻孔轨迹测量方法简单,钻孔数据处理有效快速,有助于分析钻孔偏差原因,提升矿井的“三化”水平。The drilling trajectory measurement device was developed,the drilling trajectory monitoring and analysis software was developed,and the drilling trajectory ground monitoring system was constructed.The drilling trajectory ground monitoring system uses the drilling measurement device and computer software technology to realize the integration of real-time measurement of drilling design and construction parameters,automatic mapping and display of drilling trajectory data,visualization of drilling coverage area,and real-time uploading to the ground workstation through the information network platform built by the underground industrial ring network and the ground local area network,which effectively avoids the problems such as inaccurate drilling depths and the tendency to leave blank areas during drilling construction caused by human error factors.The application test shows that the drilling trajectory ground monitoring system is stable,the drilling trajectory measurement method is simple,and the drilling data processing is effective and fast,which helps to analyze the causes of drilling deviation and improve the level of"three modernizations"of the mine.
