摘　　要：为了保障瓦斯发电机组的高效运行和安全管理,设计了瓦斯发电站互联网远程监控系统。该系统主要由就地控制柜和远程工控机组成,就地控制柜采用西门子S7-200 SMART PLC,PLC通过模拟量模块实时读取各项压力数据,通过RS485通讯读取多个测量模块采集的各类运行数据。远程工控机采用亚控KingView组态软件通过以太网通讯读取PLC采集的所有运行数据,并且借助贝锐花生壳的动态域名解析功能,实现了内网穿透,进而实现了瓦斯发电机组的互联网远程监控。In order to ensure the efficient operation and safety management of gas generating units,an Internet remote monitoring system for gas generating stations is designed.The system mainly consists of a local control cabinet and a remote industrial computer.The local control cabinet adopts Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC,which reads various pressure data in real time through analog modules and various operating data collected by multiple measurement modules through RS485 communication.The remote industrial control computer uses the Asian Control KingView configuration software to read all the operating data collected by PLC through Ethernet communication,and with the help of the dynamic domain name resolution function of the Berry peanut shell,it has realized the penetration of the internal network,thus realizing the Internet remote monitoring of the gas generator set.
