摘　　要：产品质量是一个企业保持市场竞争力的有力支撑点,先进的测量技术与测量手段是生产出高质量产品的前提。在线测量是保证在生产过程中产品制造质量的重要技术之一,使用快速高效高可靠性的在线测量代替传统的离线测量,降低加工设备的停机时间,提高生产效率。本文阐述了Renishaw在线测量系统在机加缸盖线上的应用,在CNC上使用Renishaw在线探测夹具位置,实现快速判断工件位置,首件检测无需停机等待,保证质量的前提下提升生产效率。Product quality is a strong support point for an enterprise to maintain market competitiveness,advanced measurement technology and measurement means are the premise of producing high-quality products.Online measurement is one of the important technologies to ensure the manufacturing quality of products in the production process.Using fast,efficient and reliable online measurement instead of traditional offline measurement can reduce the downtime of processing equipment and improve production efficiency.This paper describes the application of Renishaw online measuring system on the cylinder head line of the machine.By using Renishaw online detecting the position of the fixture on CNC,it can quickly judge the position of the workpiece,and improve the production efficiency on the premise of ensuring the quality.
