摘 要:本文深入研究了工程机械发动机油门数字调节控制系统,通过对数字调节原理的详细探讨,系统概述以及关键部件的设计与应用,全面阐释了该系统在提高发动机油门精准控制方面的技术原理和应用特点。重点关注油门位置传感器的选择、信号处理准确度优化以及控制算法的设计等关键技术,以提高系统性能。实时监测和反馈机制以及系统对异常情况的自适应处理增强了系统的稳健性。此外,优化油门响应速度、调节系统对发动机效率的影响以及能效提升的实际效果评估等方面深化了性能优化和能效提升的研究。本文的研究旨在为工程机械领域数字油门控制系统的技术发展提供深入洞察和实用指导。This article delves into the digital adjustment control system for engineering machinery engine throttle.Through a detailed exploration of the principle of digital adjustment,an overview of the system,and the design and application of key components,the technical principles and application characteristics of the system in improving the precision control of engine throttle are comprehensively explained.Focus on key technologies such as the selection of throttle position sensors,optimization of signal processing accuracy,and design of control algorithms to improve system performance.The real-time monitoring and feedback mechanism,as well as the system's adaptive handling of abnormal situations,enhance the robustness of the system.In addition,research on performance optimization and energy efficiency improvement has been deepened in terms of optimizing throttle response speed,adjusting the impact of the system on engine efficiency,and evaluating the actual effects of energy efficiency improvement.The purpose of this study is to provide in-depth insights and practical guidance for the technological development of digital throttle control systems in the field of engineering machinery.
