摘 要:全球碳排放量攀升,温室效应加剧,为推动绿色发展,我国于2020年提出碳达峰与碳中和的“双碳”战略。在能源制度改革的大背景下,各行业不断衍生出新业态、新机会。以建工领域为例,建筑全生命周期碳排放的把控是响应“双碳”战略的关键,本文检索了近年来国内外建筑全生命周期碳排放的相关研究,从全生命周期的阶段划分和建筑碳排放的计算方法两方面入手,总结归纳其研究成果,提出针对于新老建筑全生命周期减碳的前景展望。Global carbon emissions are rising and the greenhouse effect is intensifying.To promote green development,China has proposed a"dual carbon"strategy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in 2020.Under the background of energy system reform,new business forms and new opportunities have been derived from various industries.Taking the construction industry as an example,the control of carbon emissions in the whole life cycle of buildings is the key in response to the"dual carbon"strategy.This paper searches for relevant research on the whole life cycle carbon emissions of buildings at home and abroad in recent years,summarises the research results from the division of the whole life cycle stages and the calculation methods of building carbon emissions,and puts forward the prospect of carbon reduction in the whole life cycle of new and old buildings.
