摘 要:本文以6010自润滑轴套为研究对象,使用eta/DYNAFORM仿真软件建立实体平面板料网格多步成形仿真模型,分别采用DOE(design of experiment,试验设计)方法对复合材料轴套圈圆成形精度进行全因子仿真试验。根据试验结果,对轴套圈圆成形阶段中,开口缝和最大减薄率两响应进行多响应优化,根据优化结果进行仿真试验验证了优化结果的可靠性和仿真模型方法可行性。This article takes 6010 self-lubricating shaft sleeve as the research object, establishes a solid plane sheet metal mesh multi-step forming simulation model using eta/DYNAFORM simulation software, and conducts full factor simulation experiments on the forming accuracy of composite material shaft sleeve ring circular forming and shaping using DOE(design of experiment) method. Based on the experimental results, multi response optimization was carried out on the opening seam and maximum thinning rate in the circular forming and shaping of the shaft sleeve ring. Simulation experiments were conducted to verify the reliability of the optimization results and the feasibility of the simulation model method.
