摘 要:文章对某型号电力机车从动齿轮压装曲线出现波动的现象,从“人、机、料、法、环、测”等方面进行了研究,初步分析出压装过程中的变化因素,并制定了验证措施。经过分组试验,使用不同型号的刀片加工对应组别的主轮心,测量其表面粗糙度,并对比其压装曲线,验证了不同型号的刀片对主轮心轮座的表面粗糙度有不同的影响,而不同的表面粗糙度也会导致压装曲线有不同的状态,最终确定了引起压装曲线波动的原因,并进行了工艺优化,解决了压装曲线频繁波动的现象,提升了产品质量,有效的保障电力机车运行安全,同时为其他压装类作业提供了参考。In this paper, In view of the fluctuation of the press-fitting curve of the driven gear of a certain type of electric locomotive, the analysis was carried out and the changing factors in the press-fitting process were preliminarily determined.After the group test, different types of inserts are used to process the main wheel core of the corresponding group, the surface roughness is measured, and the press-fitting curve is compared, and it is verified that different types of blades have different effects on the surface roughness of the main wheel mandrel seat, and different surface roughness will also lead to different states of the press-fitting curve, and finally the cause of the fluctuation of the press-fitting curve is determined, and the process optimization is carried out to solve the phenomenon of frequent fluctuation of the press-fitting curve, improve the product quality, and effectively ensure the safety of the operation of the electric locomotive, and This paper provide reference for other press-assembly operations.
