摘 要:为了增强汽车列管式换热器的换热效果,利用Fluent软件对汽车列管式换热器结构进行模拟计算。分析了不同结构参数的分程通道和换热管的数量对管程介质分布均匀度和能量损耗的影响。结果表明,换热管数量对管程介质分布均匀度和能量损耗影响显著;能量损耗随着不均匀度的增加略微升高;单个分程通道参数改变,管程介质分布均匀度及能量损耗呈线性变化;两个参数同时变化时,不均匀度及能量损耗出现波动,效果优于单个参数变化情况。通过对比分析计算,换热器分程通道的最优结构参数为α_(1)=α_(2)=11.3°。In order to enhance the heat transfer efficiency of automotive tubular heat exchangers, a numerical simulation based on FLUENT software was carried out for the analysis on the structure of automotive tube stroke channel. The influence on the distribute uniformity and energy loss of tube stroke medium under different conditions of the tube stroke structural parameters and tube quantity was analyzed. The simulation results show that tube quantity has a significant impact on the distribute uniformity and energy loss, and with the increase of ununiformity the energy loss increase slightly. The distribute uniformity and energy loss of tube stroke medium have linear variation when single parameter changed with channel. But with two parameters change at the same time, the evaluation values were fluctuated, and the effect is better than single parameter change. By comparing the analysis and calculation, the optimal structure parameters of heat exchanger tube stroke channel is α_(1)=α_(2)=11.3°.
