摘  要:电机是一种常见的电磁装置能将电能转换为机械能,广泛应用于现代社会工业生产、交通运输和个人生活中。本设计以单片机为核心的驱动控制系统既步进电机控制器,系统整体将实现的功能为:用户可操作一个4×4键盘将命令与数据输入给单片机,而LCD显示屏实时得将当前操作信息或伺服控制系统运行时各项数值显示出来,键盘与LCD显示屏将组成基本的人机交互窗口,实现操作简单的对步进电机的控制。单片机内的程序将输入的命令与数据进行处理,生成驱动步进电机的脉冲信号,达到令步进电机做正反转、加减速、定时、定步和细分驱动等功能。The motor is a common electromagnetic device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and is widely used in modern industrial production, transportation, and personal life. This design is a stepper motor controller with a single-chip microcontroller as the core of the drive control system. The overall function to be achieved by the system is as follows: Users can input commands and data to the microcontroller using a 4×4 keypad, while the LCD display screen will continuously show the current operation information or various numerical values during the operation of the servo control system. The keypad and LCD display screen will constitute a basic human-computer interaction window, achieving simple control of the stepper motor. The program in the microcontroller will process the input commands and data, generate pulse signals to drive the stepper motor, and achieve functions such as forward and reverse rotation, acceleration and deceleration, timing, step control, and subdivision driving.
