摘  要:轮毂轴承的性能直接影响着汽车的行驶安全。轴承游隙是影响轴承寿命的重要因素之一,游隙过大会引起轴承运行不稳定,而游隙过小则会导致轴承卡滞和磨损。因此,合理设计轮毂轴承的游隙,对于延长轴承寿命、保证汽车行驶性能具有重要意义。本文将分析轮毂轴承游隙的分类、设计方法以及对工作寿命的影响,旨在为轮毂轴承游隙设计和优化提供参考。The performance of wheel hub bearings directly affects the driving safety of automobiles. Bearing clearance is one of the important factors affecting bearing life. Excessive clearance can cause unstable bearing operation, while insufficient clearance can lead to bearing jamming and wear. Therefore, designing the clearance of wheel hub bearings reasonably is of great significance for prolonging bearing life and ensuring vehicle driving performance. This article will analyze the classification, design methods, and impact on the working life of wheel hub bearing clearance, aiming to provide reference for the design and optimization of wheel hub bearing clearance.
