摘　　要：从尿素齿轮泵齿轮加工工艺的分析入手,基于精密切削原理,设计了一套齿轮成形切削夹具,并介绍了该夹具的工作过程。详细阐述了齿轮精密切削夹具的定位、切削等的结构设计,并对夹具的主要部件进行分析。夹具经使用,切削出的齿轮表面平整、光洁、无毛刺、无开裂,夹具使用寿面高。Starting from the analysis of gear processing technology of urea gear pump,Based on the principleof precision cutting,A set of gear forming and cutting fixture is designed,and the working process of the fixtureis introduced.The structure design of the gear precision cutting fixture is described in detail,and the main com-ponents of the fixture are analyzed,After the fixture is used,the gear surface cut out is smooth,smooth,noburr,no cracking,and the fixture is used with high longevity.
