摘  要:高速列车为了提高弓网系统的可靠性,在受电弓上安装了ADD自动降弓装置。文章对DSA200型受电弓气动原理和自动降弓装置的设备特点、工作原理进行了分析,对自动降弓的机理进行了研究,结合HXD3C型电力机车在现场运用中的检修维护情况,从碳滑板、气路、快速降弓阀、压力开关、受电弓控制等五个方面分析了可能导致该自动降弓的原因,并对自动降弓动作的典型故障案例进行了分析。结合故障原因研究和典型故障案例分析,提出了针对性运用和维护保养建议,为受电弓的检修提供理论依据。In order to improve the reliability of the pantograph and catenary system,high-speed trains haveinstalled an ADD automatic pantograph lowering device on the pantograph.The article analyzes the pneumaticprinciple of the DSA200 pantograph and the equipment characteristics and working principle of the automaticpantograph lowering device,studies the mechanism of automatic pantograph lowering,and combined with themaintenance situation of the HXD3C electric locomotive in on-site operation,the possible reasons for the auto-matic pantographlowering areanalyzed from fiveaspects:carbon slide plate,air circuit,rapid pantograph lowering valve,pressure switch,pantograph control,etc.Typical fault cases of automatic pantograph lowering actionare also analyzed.Based on the study of fault causes and typical fault case analysis,targeted application and ma-intenance suggestions are proposed to provide theoretical basis for the maintenance of pantographs.
