摘　　要：机动车检测是道路交通安全管理及防治大气污染的一项基础性、技术性工作。机动车检测的管理从最初的质量检验、质量控制、到现在的全面质量管理。理念的转变带来了效果的提升,也开始了一个新的发展阶段,质量管理得以蓬勃发展。机动车检测的质量管理从事后整改到事前的控制和预防需要全过程的监管。在日常的监督检查中可以使用SPC(统计过程控制)数理统计方法来研究检测过程的稳定性或统计受控状态。Vehicle detection is fundamental and technical work for managing road traffic safety and preventing air pol-lution.The management of motor vehicle inspection has evolved from initial quality inspection and control to the currenttotal quality management,leading to improved effectiveness and initiating a new stage of development.Quality manage-ment in motor vehicle testing requires comprehensive supervision throughout the process of rectification,control,and ad-vanced prevention.In daily supervision and inspection,SPC(Statistical Process Control)mathematical statistics can be u-tilized to analyze the stability of the detection process or its statistical control state.
