摘  要:随着国家铁道运输和轨道交通行业的快速发展,四川省以培育轨道交通车辆装备产业集群为目标。轮对作为轨道交通车辆的关键装备,在服役中表面极易产生损伤和失效,通过不同表面处理技术可改善其表面性能。本文以产业技术应用和专利视角,分析国内外轨道交通车辆轮对用表面处理技术专利,得到该领域的国内外发展状况、趋势和方向,为四川省轨道交通装备相关技术人员在轮对表面处理技术领域研究、决策提供技术支撑和客观依据。With the rapid development of the national railway transportation and rail transit industry,SichuanProvince aims to cultivate the rail transit vehicle equipment industry cluster.As the key equipment of rail transitvehicles,the surface of wheelset is prone to damage and failure in service.Different surface treatment technolo-gies can improve its surface performance.Based on the perspective of industrial technology application and pa-tents,this paper analyzes the patents of surface treatment technology for wheelset of rail transit vehicles in Chinaand foreign countries,and obtains the development status,trend and direction of this field,so as to provide tech-nical support and objective basis for the research and decision-making of technical personnel related to rail transitequipment in the field of wheelset surface treatment technology in Sichuan Province.
