摘　　要：本文针对弱矩阵项目管理架构下如何对滤清器开发进度有效管理方法进行讨论。借助实际项目管理案例,并充分调动高层管理者支持作用。利用制度约束作用、风险思维、升级管理、灵活式管理。一系列项目管理方法作用下以零偏差实现开发进度目标。通过管理实践,对项目经理能力提出要求,总结出弱矩阵项目管理模式下经验管理方法。This paper discusses how to manage the filter development schedule effectively under the framework of weak matrix project management.With the help of actual project management cases, and fully mobilize the support role of senior management. Use of institutional constraints, Risk thinking, Upgrade Management, Flexible Management. A series of project management methods under the role of zero deviation to achieve the development schedule goals.Through management practice, put forward requirements for project manager's ability, summarize the experience management method under the weak matrix project management mode.
