摘 要:在国Ⅵ新法规中,对重型柴油机以及轻型汽车的尾气排放污染物有了更为严格的标准。尾气处理技术已经成为汽车行业满足排放法规的有效途径和必然措施。通过对国内外排放法规的对比,阐述尾气处理系统中颗粒捕集器(Diesel Particulate Filter,DPF)的核心原理,并对其再生能力进行分析总结,指出现阶段的问题及不足,从内部结构设计、材料选择及外部涂层等方面详细介绍了提升再生性能的各项措施和方案,为改善捕集性能,提高捕集效率,降低生产成本以及后续的研究发展提供有力参考。In the new regulations of China VI, stricter standards have been established for the exhaust emissions of heavy-duty diesel engines and light vehicles. Exhaust gas treatment technology has become an effective way and inevitable measure for the automotive industry to meet emission regulations. By comparing domestic and foreign emission regulations, this paper elaborates on the core principle of Diesel Particle Filter(DPF) in exhaust gas treatment systems, analyzes and summarizes its regeneration ability, points out the problems and shortcomings in the current stage, and provides a detailed introduction to various measures and plans to improve regeneration performance from the aspects of internal structure design, material selection, and external coating. In order to improve capture performance and enhance capture efficiency, Reducing production costs and providing strong references for subsequent research and development.
