摘 要:近年来,随着市场竞争日趋激烈,汽车行业面临更严峻的挑战。对于各企业主体而言,如何有效缩短产品开发周期,尽可能提升汽车产品质量,在成本上加以有效控制,获取综合竞争优势,成为摆在当下的现实问题。同时,汽车产品具有较强的复杂性,市场需求变化极快,供应链管理更为复杂,给企业提出较高的挑战。而PLM系统能为全球汽车业提高竞争力,强化经济效益,得到广泛应用。本文将从PLM系统概述出发,分析其内涵功能及优势,最后对其应用策略进行论述,以供参考。In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the automotive industry is facing more severe challenges.For all enterprises,how to effectively shorten the product development cycle,improve the quality of automobile products as much as possible,effectively control the cost,and obtain comprehensive competitive advantages has become a practical problem at present.At the same time,automotive products have strong complexity,market demand changes rapidly,and supply chain management is more complex,which poses high challenges to enterprises.The PLM system can improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of the global automotive industry,and has been widely used.This paper will start from the overview of the PLM system,analyze its connotation functions and advantages,and finally discuss its application strategy for reference.
