摘　　要：虽然汽车价格逐渐亲民,给人们的出行带来诸多便利,但是尾气排放量的增加对环境构成了严重威胁,尤其是在节假日期间,高速公路上的严重拥堵现象屡见不鲜,加之交通事故的潜在风险,共同构成了影响社会生活质量的重要因素。基于此,本文从汽车使用及技术管理的主要内容入手,探讨与汽车运行相关的条件,并进一步分析汽车使用及技术管理的重要作用,进而保证汽车行驶安全和汽车行业的可持续发展。Although the price of automobiles is gradually close to the people,bringing a lot of convenience to people's travel,the increase of exhaust emissions poses a serious threat to the environment,especially during holidays,when serious congestion on highways is not uncommon,coupled with the potential risk of traffic accidents,which together constitute an important factor affecting the quality of social life.Based on this,this paper starts from the main content of automobile use and technology management,discusses the conditions related to automobile operation,and further analyzes the important role of automobile use and technology management,so as to ensure automobile driving safety and sustainable development of the automobile industry.
