摘  要:本文以某型号电动货车为研究对象,分析了驱动桥壳在三种极限工况下的受力特点。运用SolidWorks软件绘出驱动桥壳的简化三维模型,然后转化为STEP文件导入ANSYS软件中进行材料定义、网格划分生成有限元模型。基于此模型进行三种极限工况下的有限元分析,得出相应工况下的应力应变云图。并分析仿真结果,可得桥壳在三种极限工况下的变形和应变满足强度和刚度要求。In this paper,a certain type of electric truck is taken as the research object,and the force characteristics of the drive axle housing under three extreme working conditions are analyzed.A simplified 3D model of the drive axle shell was drawn by SolidWorks software,and then converted into a STEP file and imported into ANSYS software for material definition,meshing and generating a finite element model.Based on this model,the finite element analysis under the three extreme working conditions is carried out,and the stress-strain contour diagram under the corresponding working conditions is obtained.The simulation results are analyzed,and the deformation and strain of the axle casing under three extreme working conditions can be obtained to meet the strength and stiffness requirements.
