摘　　要：随着生活质量的提高,洗车也逐渐实现自动化。针对市场上已有的洗车设备存在机械设备复杂、成本高、浪费水资源等问题,以PLC为控制中心,结合变频器技术、传感器技术和气动技术,利用人机界面进行系统参数设置和工作状态检测,完成了龙门往复式洗车机系统的设计,具有一定的推广价值。With the improvement of quality of life,car washes are gradually becoming automated.In view of the problems of complex mechanical equipment,high cost and waste of water resources in the existing car washing equipment on the market,PLC is used as the control center,combined with inverter technology,sensor technology and pneumatic technology,and the man-machine interface is used to set system parameters and detect the working state,and the design of the gantry reciprocating car washing machine system is completed,which has certain promotion value.
